Comfortable stay with great breakfast

I had a pleasant overnight stay, finding my room spacious and equipped with a large HD television. The highlight was definitely the complimentary breakfast, which featured delicious options like freshly made waffles and a variety of coffee. The staff were professional and created a welcoming atmosphere. However, the shuttle service could use some improvements. it was slightly disorganized upon arrival.

We had a cozy stay with a spacious room and enjoyed a tasty breakfast in the morning. The pool area was such a delight to relax in, and the lounge really hit the spot after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, our shuttle pickup took longer than expected, but it didn’t overshadow our overall experience! 😊

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the exceptionally comfortable bed that made my nights very restful. Additionally, the entrance was tricky to find, especially after passing another property. Some information about hotel services could be clearer in the rooms, which would really help new guests. Overall, it made my stay pleasant despite a few bumps along the way.

The outdoor pool was warm, and the fitness center was nice too. They had a food truck on-site for snacks. Really convenient location near the airport.

Finding the entrance to this place is a bit of a puzzle. you’ll pass confusing signage from the adjacent Red Doors property. The carpet outside the elevators looked more worn than welcoming, and there was no information provided in the room about available services. The shuttle schedule was inconsistent, not as frequent as advertised, leading to some frustration when needing pickup. Additionally, it would have been handy to have a room food menu for easy ordering. Exploring the surrounding area is not a great option either, as there’s nothing interesting to see or do nearby.

I enjoyed my stay. The 24-hour mini shop was very convenient. The breakfast had great options like a waffle maker. The staff were friendly and attentive. My room was clean and spacious.

The service was top notch, the staff accommodated my requests without any fuss. Got to use the Hilton app for an electronic room key, made everything smooth, didn't have to deal with the front desk after check in.

It wasn't inexpensive but given the circumstances, it was still somewhat acceptable.
